WiredUP Designs, LLC, values the safety and security of our guests and clientele. We have implemented certain policies that protect your personal information when you send it to us or enter it on our website. WiredUP Designs, LLC, may be referred to herein as simply “WiredUP.”
Collection and Use of Personal Information. (Section 1)
Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person.
You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with WiredUP or an WiredUP affiliated company. WiredUP and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. They may also combine it with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.
Subsection 1.2.1
Any documents that a customer will sign sign to create an agreement between the establishment and customer creates a legal bond that cannot be withdrawn until the termination of contract. The customer has the right to dispute the contract agreement in a the court of law if they see necessary.
How we use your personal information. (Section 2)
The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on WiredUP's latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt-out anytime by updating your preferences. We also use personal information to help us create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our products, services, content, and advertising, and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes. We may use your personal information, including date of birth, to verify identity, assist with the identification of users, and to determine appropriate services. For example, we may use the date of birth to determine the age of WiredUP account holders.
Subsection 2.1.1
From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with WiredUP, you may not opt- out of receiving these communications.
Subsection 2.1.2
We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve WiredUP's products, services, and customer communications. If you enter into a sweepstake, contest, or similar promotion we may use the information you provide to administer those programs.
Legal Process (Section 3)
It may be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for WiredUP to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.
Right to Know (Section 4)
If you have any questions or concerns about WiredUP's Privacy Policy or data processing or if you would like to make a complaint about a possible breach of local privacy laws, please contact us. You can always contact us by phone using the number listed at the footer of the website. When a privacy question or access/download request is received we have a dedicated team that triages the contacts and seeks to address the specific concern or query which you are seeking to raise. Where your issue may be more substantive in nature, more information may be sought from you. All such substantive contacts receive a response.
Subsection 4.1.1
If you are unsatisfied with the reply received, you may refer your complaint to the relevant regulator in your jurisdiction. If you ask us, we will endeavor to provide you with information about relevant complaint avenues that may be applicable to your circumstances.
Subsection 4.1.2 (And arguably the most important)
WiredUP may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy.
Subsection 4.1.3
Unless required by the New York State or Federal court of law, WiredUP agrees to NOT sell or disclose any of your personal information. WiredUP Designs will store any of your personal information that has been provided to us in our system for record keeping purposes. This includes, but is not limited to your email, name, date of birth, and credit/debit card/bank information.
Standard Rental Policies, as shown on all rental contracts (Section 5)
By renting from WiredUP, you herby agree to our company terms and conditions, generated by WiredUP Designs, LLC. These terms and conditions are in addition your rights as a consumer. You, as the lessee, agree to the following terms:
All equipment is to be returned by the date in which is listed on the original invoice, otherwise a surcharge in the amount of the rental cost will be added to the total amount owed on the customer account.
Rental extensions may be fulfilled upon request. The contract will be revised so that it may reflect the full duration of the rental. Extensions are subject to availability.
Should any damage occur during the rental period, the lessee is responsible for any associated costs with repair. Security deposit on rental items may be required in the form of a credit card and positive identification such as a drivers license.
Emergency technical support is not included with general dry-hire rentals. Should service, support or replacement occur after normal business hours, the lessor reserves the right to charge a fee based on what the service, support or replacement would cost, based on duration.
You herby agree to pay WiredUP Designs, LLC, for the total amount due as listed above on this document. These terms are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated in your contract.
Equipment that is requested will not be confirmed or reserved until a contract is signed.
WiredUP Designs, LLC, and the UP Event Group will not be held liable for any damages caused by malpractice with rental items. The lessee assumes full responsibility for the safety and well being of the property and equipment while it is in the their possession.

Payments (Section 6)
WiredUP offers various payment terms, all of which are selected based on the type of event by your WiredUP Sales associate. Payments overdue by 60 days will automatically be charged to the credit/debit card on file in our secure database. If there is no card on file within our secure database, we will contact the client via phone and email as a reminder of an outstanding payment. If a client fails to remit payment, accounts receivable may submit client information to a collections agency for further action.
Subsection 6.1.1
Financing is available through Affirm for installation projects only, and must be specifically requested through a WiredUP Sales representative. For more information on the Affirm platform, we recommend you brief yourself on their website at Affirm.com.
